Where meet and greet fits at DMK

International meet and greet is built around Terminal 1. Departure guests receive a confirmed check-in-area point; arrival guidance follows passport control, baggage and customs before the public hall.

01

Terminal 1 is international

International arrivals and departures use T1, including passport control and customs where applicable. The operating airline and live airport screens remain final for check-in, gate and belt information.

02

Terminal 2 is domestic

Flights within Thailand use T2. The two buildings connect internally around Level 3, but a mixed itinerary may still require baggage collection, a new check-in and repeated security.

03

Bangkok transport starts outside the terminal

The SRT Red Line, official taxi queue and A1–A4 buses serve different city routes. Fast Track does not include ground transport unless a separate private transfer is selected and confirmed.

04

Priority handling has limits

Official DMK Fast Track includes a personal escort for an eligible international journey and uses priority facilities when open and authorised. Authorities retain control, so no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

DMK · Who meets you, and where

One dedicated greeter, assigned to your flight

The team monitors your confirmed flight and emails the exact meeting instructions after reviewing the booking.

01

Your greeter

An airport escort assigned specifically to your flight, holding a name sign for the lead passenger and staying with your group throughout the booked service.

02

Where you meet

International flights use Terminal 1. Departing guests meet the greeter at a confirmed point in the check-in area; arriving guests are met along the arrival route. The exact point is confirmed by email after the team reviews the flight.

03

During the escort

The greeter guides the formalities covered by the service, uses priority handling where the airport has it open, and helps coordinate a driver or onward transport when you tell us about one.

DMK · Who the service helps most

Built for travellers who want a person, not just a lane

It is the same service, paced for your group — tell the team what you need during booking.

01

Families with young children

The greeter watches the group pace, keeps a regrouping point, helps with the pushchair and routes past lifts instead of escalators where needed.

02

Elderly travellers

A slower pace and seated pauses whenever needed. If a wheelchair is needed, also arrange it with the airline in advance.

03

First-time visitors

No guessing at signs, language or the order of formalities — the greeter explains each step and answers questions along the way.

04

Business travellers

A clear route and punctual escort, keeping the airport portion of the trip as predictable as live operations allow.

Assistance limits — the honest version

  • This is not an airline unaccompanied-minor service. Children must travel under the operating airline’s rules with a responsible adult in the same booking.
  • The greeter cannot take legal custody of a child, complete formalities on a passenger’s behalf, or change decisions made by immigration, customs or security officers.
  • Wheelchair and boarding assistance are airline services — arrange them with the airline before travel. Our escort coordinates alongside them.

Meet & greet vs Fast Track — what is the difference here?

At Don Mueang International Airport they are one bundled service. Every Fast Track booking includes the personal greeter, and every meet-and-greet booking includes priority handling wherever the airport has it open.

There is no cheaper greeter-only tier: one published rate of ฿2,500 (~$75) per passenger covers the welcome, the escort and the guidance through the booked journey.

Frequently asked questions

Should I book meet and greet or Fast Track?

You do not have to choose. At this airport they are the same bundled service: one booking includes the personal greeter and the priority handling where it is available.

How will I find my greeter?

After the team reviews the booking you receive an email with the exact meeting point. Keep the booking reference and lead-passenger name ready, and contact the team at any time if you cannot find each other.

Can children or elderly travellers use it alone?

Children need a responsible adult in the same booking under airline rules. Elderly travellers who can walk are very welcome; if a wheelchair is needed, arrange it with the airline and mention it in the booking notes.
