Family and group Fast Track at Don Mueang International Airport

This is the service-and-booking side for groups: how per-passenger pricing works, what to tell the team, and how the escort supports young children, elderly travellers and larger parties — from ฿2,500 (~$75) per passenger.

General terminal advice for families lives in the family and accessibility guide, linked at the end of this page.

DMK · TERMINAL 1 + TERMINAL 2

Plan a DMK family journey around the terminal split

Families should start at the airline-confirmed terminal and allow time for the Level 3 link if a journey crosses T1 and T2. Listing every child, pushchair and mobility need supports a realistic escort plan.

01

Terminal 1 is international

International arrivals and departures use T1, including passport control and customs where applicable. The operating airline and live airport screens remain final for check-in, gate and belt information.

02

Terminal 2 is domestic

Flights within Thailand use T2. The two buildings connect internally around Level 3, but a mixed itinerary may still require baggage collection, a new check-in and repeated security.

03

Bangkok transport starts outside the terminal

The SRT Red Line, official taxi queue and A1–A4 buses serve different city routes. Fast Track does not include ground transport unless a separate private transfer is selected and confirmed.

04

Priority handling has limits

Official DMK Fast Track includes a personal escort for an eligible international journey and uses priority facilities when open and authorised. Authorities retain control, so no fixed completion time is guaranteed.

How group pricing works

Adults (12+)
฿2,500 (~$75) per person, per service
Children 5–11
฿2,500 (~$75) per person — the same rate as adults
Children under 5
Up to two free per paying adult; each additional child is ฿2,500 (~$75)
Larger groups
Pricing scales linearly per passenger — no group surcharge. Everyone travels on one booking with a single coordinator.
Worked example
One adult + two children under 5, arrival service = ฿2,500 (~$75) (both children travel free).

How each group is looked after

Young children and pushchairs
The escort walks at the children’s pace, routes past lifts and keeps a regrouping point. Pushchairs and bassinet baggage travel under the airline’s rules — confirm gate-use or check-in handling with the airline first.
Elderly travellers
A slower pace with pauses whenever needed. If a wheelchair is required, arrange it with the airline in advance — our escort works alongside that service.
Larger groups
Book everyone in one request with complete documents. The team confirms staff availability for the group size before the booking is confirmed, and sets a clear regrouping point.

What to tell the team when booking

  • The age of every child, so the two-free-under-5-per-adult policy is applied correctly
  • Any pushchairs, wheelchairs or mobility equipment travelling with you
  • Roughly how many bags you have, and any assistance already requested from the airline
  • Connection details or a pre-booked transfer, if any
  • The contact channel you answer fastest on travel day (email or WhatsApp)

Distances to plan for at DMK

Don Mueang’s Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 connect on Level 3, and walking with children or mobility equipment takes longer than it looks. Start at the terminal named by your airline. The family and accessibility guide covers the informational side in detail.

Family and group questions

Is Fast Track free for children?

Children aged 5–11 pay the same ฿2,500 (~$75) rate as adults. Up to two children under 5 are free per paying adult; additional children pay the full rate and every child must still be listed.

Can we bring a pushchair?

Yes. Pushchairs travel under the airline’s baggage rules — confirm gate-use or check-in handling with the airline, and mention it in the booking notes so the escort plans a lift-friendly route.

Can one booking cover a large group?

Yes. List every passenger with their documents in one booking. The team verifies staff availability for the group size before confirming.
